Nicki Hoffman, BA
Clinical Intern
She/Her
I believe we carry a lot of wisdom within ourselves, but it can be hard to hear it through the noise of expectations, old beliefs, and distorted messages we’ve picked up along the way. Therapy can be a space to slow down, listen internally, and be curious about our emotions and experiences.
I believe deeply in our ability to change and try again. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I believe therapy can be creative, experiential, and even playful as we explore new possibilities for how you want to live. My role is not to give you the answers, but to explore alongside you as you understand yourself more deeply and find your own voice.
I am especially drawn to working with people navigating identity, relationships, self-worth, life transitions, and questions of religion or spirituality. I welcome the big questions and the complicated parts of our stories, and hope to create a space where you can explore them with curiosity and compassion.
